Renegade Mountain Community Club

Official HOA Website for Renegade Mountain, Tennessee

Tracey & Robin Wall

My wife and I were first introduced to the Renegade Mountain Community over 20 years ago when our dear friends invited us to come visit them for summer vacation. To say we fell in love with this mountain is a vast understatement! Every year we would count the days until we could return to the mountain and escape the both heat of the Alabama coast and the traffic of our rapidly growing hometown. Renegade never failed to bless us with a tranquility, peace and serenity that refreshed our souls and hearts. As my sister so eloquently stated when she came for a visit herself, “Renegade Mountain captures a part of your heart and soul and being on this mountain brings a peace that can be found nowhere else.”

Our love affair with Renegade continued to grow over the years and in 2016 we were blessed with an opportunity to purchase our own home on the mountain. Now we are able to experience Renegade part-time in all four seasons. Each season offers unique plants and wildlife in addition to some spectacular sunrises and sunsets. Day trips to Chattanooga, Nashville or Knoxville provide a variety of fun things to do, but we usually spend our time on site. We have several very nice retired or semi-retired neighbors who enjoy doing things together such as attending high quality plays and shows at the Cumberland County Playhouse in Crossville, hiking nearby trails, or enjoying a simple potluck dinner.

Another excellent benefit of living on Renegade Mountain in the close-knit and supportive community of residents who call the Mountain their home. Residents work together to plan, organize, and make improvements to our beautiful mountain community. In addition, they and are only a phone call away if a personal emergency arises or assistance is needed.

My wife and I plan to eventually make Renegade our permanent home, but it is reassuring to know that our property has appreciated in value 153% since the initial home purchase in 2016. Life is truly very, very good on Renegade Mountain. Feel free to call the below number for any questions or if additional information is needed.
