When asked to write a testimonial, we weren’t sure what to write, but it didn’t take much thought to figure it out…Renegade Mountain boils down to “quality of life” vs “Quantity of Life”. Like you probably did, we spent a number of decades “setting the world on fire” with work, school, kids and more work, and as time passed, like most of you, the “rat race” looked less and less desirable to consume the rest of our lives. After living around the world and moving twenty (20) times, we can now tell you that “Quality of Life” begins in Tennessee and ends on Renegade Mountain, the very last move we will ever make. Now Quality of Life in our world revolves around nature, beauty, peace of mind and a great community. If your definition of “Quality” is latte’s, convenience, shopping and hordes of people, Renegade Mountain is not the place for you. The breeze at 2700’ is always fresh, the wildlife is visible and plentiful, the sunsets and sunrises are postcard perfect, the Milky Way, the rich Indian history, the views, well, you get the idea, a place where our children and grandchildren, and now great-grandchildren visit often. If the above description mirrors what you want and need out of your life right now, we suggest you beat a path to Renegade Mountain and traverse the three-mile, 1000’ climb to the summit…you won’t be sorry, and you may have just found your new home on Renegade Mountain.
